2014 ford Escape 2.0L 4WD, SYNC1

I have changed in ACM value "*" from "0" (US) to "3" (EU) to have "even" frequencies
727-04-01 x*xx xxxx xxxx Tuner Region: 0=NA (North America), 1=GCC, 2=Japan, 3=Europe, 4=Asia Pacific

RDS is added, it also search channels but showing still only "odd" frequencies ...

I have 3 adapters:
- Two ELM327 Bluetooth OBDII adapters: v1.5 and v2.1
- Mini VCI USB cable OBDII adapter (used for Toyota/Lexus Techstream)

FORScan for Windows doesn't recognize ALL of them
FORScan Demo for Android - works only with ELM327 Bluetooth v1.5
