Hopefully someone else has experienced this issue and knows the cure.

Only lately every time I trying to connect to a vehicle using a j2534 the program crashes after about 10 seconds. About 1 in 10 times it will actually connect.

Log on the screen shows no errors or even the checking xxxx adapter ...

If the steering column lock does not engage as it should when the ignition switch/push button is turned off the ignition shutdown sequence will not complete properly and will stop the vehicle modules going in to sleep mode, this will drain a battery quickly and an incomplete shutdown will also ...

I am wondering if anyone else is having issues with licence info disappearing.

I have 2 extended licences installed on 2 seperate systems and have noticed that at random times when i open on each system the extended licence has gone and i have to re enter the codes.

Its not a major issue ...

You have programmed PATs on 2 vins, you will need to purchase another licence and that will allow you another 2 vins. There is no commercial licence with more vins.

Yeah I just read an update on the main page about it being blocked.

I have an ECU to replace on a 2020 Ranger 3.2, so as it goes I believe I need the paid version not the 2 month trial to do the PATs programming

Just tried to renew my licence as it has expired but I keep getting an unavailable message when i click the link and it transfers me to paypro.

Is this possibly due to geo blocking? Have never had this issue in the past - I am based in New Zealand.

Any help would be appreciated
