Data PID for Maverick PTU temperature

Post by JoeTerp »

2024 Maverick 2.0L AWD (front) unit has a built-in temperature sensor. This component is known as Power Transfer Unit and is the one located right behind the engine.
What is the name of the ForScan data PID for reading this temperature sensor? Which Module lists the PTU temperature PID.
My Version is FORScan for Windows v. 2.3.65
Thank you

I can't say for sure on a Maverick but, on a Taurus the PID is TCFT in the PCM. Transfer Case Fluid Temp.

Thank you for the info. I will search for TCFT. I suspected there must be a PID since the temp sensor is so prominently placed on the Power Transfer Unit.
