I have a 2016 Ford F-150 King Ranch Trim with 5.0L V8 Engine. It comes from the factory with Power Folding, BLIS, 360 Camera, Puddle Lights, Auto-Dimming Glass, Heated glass, side lights, etc. Granted, these are the stock factory "Non-Tow" mirrors (smaller mirrors).
The direct Tow Mirror replacement (much bigger and wider) comes with All the same features + an additional Power Telescoping feature. It's a direct swap, with no need to change wires or harnesses. The only thing besides the mirror swap you have to do, is replacing the master power window / mirror control module in the drivers side door with the one that gives you the extra "power telescoping" feature.
That said... on my original mirrors, I had enabled "Auto-Fold / Auto Un-fold" such that when I hit lock on the keyfob they will automatically fold in. When I hit unlock on the keyfob and open the drivers door, they automatically unfold. But... on the tow mirrors this no longer works.
Some guys on the F-150 Forums said to swap 2 wire pins in the harness, but this seems kind of dumb. I would think that somewhere in Forscan (maybe in the DDM module?) there would be an option somewhere to indicate that you have tow mirrors installed versus regular mirrors. I mean, the tow mirrors were an option on the F-150 and I'm sure the dealer wasn't changing the pins on the harness to enable that.
Does anyone know if there's a forscan'able way to resolve this instead of swapping these 2 wires?

On the drivers mirror are pins 18 & 19 present?
