reprograming tire size on 2006 mazdaspeed 6

Post by tannert333 »

hey everyone, I changed the tire size on my car and I'm trying to change the tire rev in the pcm but I keep getting an error message (service procedure has been interrupted). I'm using an obdlink ex to connect to the car. I'm just curious if anyone has had this issue and thoughts on what I can do to try and solve this, thank you.

More than likely you need to use a vLinker FS cable. Is there a message about FEPS signal being applied or any mention of FEPS? The OBDLink EX cannot supply FEPS voltage.

I get a message about the Baud rate needing to be increased when I first connect to the car, but I've set to auto-increase now and I don't get any other messages. I'll get a new cable coming and try it from there, thank you for your help
