I have a Ford Mondeo MK5 2019, engine 2.0L DW10F (TDCi).
I retrofitted the full ACC Stop & Go / iACC hardware and all modules are working:
**Current problem:**
ACC stops correctly at 0 km/h, but resumes automatically after 3 seconds WITHOUT waiting for the vehicle ahead to move.
This is dangerous and means PCM resume logic is wrong.
**Root cause:**
My VIN was originally without Stop & Go / iACC from factory.
PCM was physically replaced and programmed with my original VIN AsBuilt (non Stop & Go).
**My current PCM AsBuilt (7E0):**
7E0-02-01: 0300 | 0202 | 02F3
7E0-02-02: 0202 | 0202 | 01F4
7E0-02-03: 0001 | 0205 | 05F9
7E0-02-04: 0207 | 0001 | 534A
7E0-02-05: 013F | 0001 | 5988
7E0-02-06: 0001 | 0000 | 00F0
**What I need:**
Does anyone have a Mondeo MK5 2018/2019 with engine 2.0 DW10F and FACTORY Stop & Go or iACC?
Please share your PCM AsBuilt (7E0) — especially lines:
- 7E0-02-01
- 7E0-02-02
- 7E0-02-06
This will help identify the exact byte controlling the resume logic.
Thank you very much!
