when soft start ,about 3s,tips stop

WIFI sometimes has poor performance (latency), try a USB cable...

Thanks, I can't read anything except "Windows", well and "WiFi"...

Sorry to hear you're having troubles.

What version of Windows ( XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 10) do you have and what brand of OBDII tool ?
ELS27, OBDLink MX, OBDLink MX+
