Bought recommended ELMconfig ohp OBDII adapter, USB, with MS-Can & HS-Can Switch:

Downloaded drivers: FORScan version 2.3.18 beta for Windows from Forscan site for Windows 10. Get this screen:
Downloaded several other possible drivers. First, it kept checking for Bluetooth even though this has only USB connection. Then, it found the FTDI connection, but still no success. What am I doing wrong? I have a 2015 Edge.
