help with ford sync 3 apim firmware programing

In Sync menu you can make a master reset of all settings.

I didn't understand why should I do reset of sync. Sync is workingnormally, but forscan software lost PROGRAM button (till 3rd step this button is normally visible) after step1: download and step2: test run SBL
3rd step should be press program button but the button is not visible in forscal till this moment...

Sorry I misunderstood your question,i thought you’re talking about Sync menu.
Try to use an older version.

Older version has no firmware update option.
I used 2.4.0
