Hello,

You need some requirements to execute injection calibration. Some requirements are fuel temperature and engine coolant temperature.
If the values are out of the range, the calibration is interrupted. For example, if the coolant temperature is above 90ºC, you can´t execute the calibration.

Thanks for the logs.

Module reset and Reset All Adaptations functions seems to be not supported on this engine. Injector calibration is supported, functions starts but PCM breaks it with error "incorrect conditions"). More exact reason for interruption is unknown, there is no any detailed code that would explain what happens. The interruption is initiated by PCM, not FORScan. Try to play with temperatures (ECT, IAT, FLT - e.g. try to run procedure when engine is warmer or colder), as advised above on the forum. If all conditions are ok but test still fails, it may mean some problems with engine. We see DTC P2009 (IMRC circuit) - may be it affects PCM behaviour.

Not only ECT, but also fuel temperature (FLT) is cruical. Although FORScan tries to check these PIDs to make sure they are in range, sometimes it is desirable to be in the middle of the interval. On the other hand, there is no way (at least we don't know it) to get a feedback from PCM about exact reason of the failure :(
