BCM Firmware has not been uploaded

Hello great team,

I have a little problem with my new bcm ;(

I changed my bcm for new hardware to add cruise control. So I after my bcm changed, I followed procedure reset all module. Next time, I upload my CCC copied of my old bcm. At this time everething is OK lol. Just U2101:00-0A because new hardware BCM i think ?
Problem after that, i would like update my bcm... Big error ... After erasing Block message "operation failed".
I try to put ISO15765 from "Auto" to "In application" but same problem ;(
Have you an idea ?

It wasn't very clear. What is your car? Did you replace your original BCM with a newer one to activate ACC? After that, did your car run normally or did something not work? What is the complete fault code (DTC), with description?

Sorry, I wrote the post a little quickly without really believing I would have an answer
My car is a Van Transit mk7 2012 (euro 5).
Original BCM is CC11-14073-BD and for activate cruise control I needed CC11-14073-Cx. After installed new bcm everething was ok after upload my old bcm config previously export but one dtc U2101:00-0A. I think because my asbuildata not valide (new hardware bcm?).
So I try to run the Interconnect Network New Module Calibration function. When I try to run Just message "interropt function". I dont now why ?
And I wanted to test the bcm update to put bcm software of C to F... big mistake lol. I dont now why I try this ...
Update failed after writing bloc 1 ... I tryed many times but always failed during bloc 1. So the BCM is not functional now.

Please help

I put the old bcm back and everything works but I would like to understand and succeed
