I am going to stick with V2.3.41 for now as it works for me. I never installed V2.3.42.

Looks like @admin need to take a look and see why V2.3.43 and the 2.4.4 have an issue accessing BCM Main Configuration and why the SBL bootloader screen doesn't populate.

It is well known issue.
I wrote an email to support and They send nie very quickly version 2.4.5 and there it works fine.

I have the same issue. I am using 2.4.43 release. Is there anyway I can get 2.4.5?

hi! i have ford cmax bcm problem. i read orig bcm some weeks ago.
now i install new (2.3.43) and cant read old or new bcm.so its an big bug in software

it read 5% then shows contact developper.so im not the only one.

have full leicense but can do nothing

Hello, I have a ForDiag USB cable adapter + Forscan 2.3.43 + Ford Focus MK3.5 - BCMI primare configuration edit - when started, the process is abort.
Older versions of Forscan 2.3.39 works fine Please help

Hello guys, I encountered the same issue with FORScan 2.4.4 and after un-installing and re-installing an older version I had the exact same issue present.

What resolved this error for me was;

1. Un-install FORScan.

2. In Windows go to folder options and check the box marked ' Show hidden files, folders and drives '

3. Navigate to on your main drive ' C:\Users\***Your user name here**\AppData\Roaming '

4. You should find a ' FORScan ' folder.

5. Delete this folder or just rename it if you like.

6. Re-install FORScan and you should now be able to read the BCMii with no issues.

Can't access BCM Main Configuration, message "Service procedure interrupted " ,when started, the process is abort.
I have a USB cable adapter + Forscan 2.3.43.Older versions of Forscan 2.3.XX works fine.

It seems it's a known issue.
I wrote an email to support and they send me 2.3.44.test20211107 version until official 2.3.44 release has been issued. Hope it will work, I will test later and came back.

Hello, I also had the problem with version 2.3.43
I wrote to support and they gave me 2.3.44TEST. Here you can read out without any problems. However, there is then another error when writing.

I use an ELM327 HS / MS

As has already been written here several times, it is a ForScan problem. Just use an old version. I tested 2.3.41 and 2.3.39. Both work fine.
