I know on the 2014 Fusion the fog light indicator is at the end of 720-01-02, in the last box, first bit. For example a 1 enables and 0 disables. Mine is currently a 5, so if I go to a 4 it turns the fog indicator off.
Not sure if your car is similar

This worked for a 2015 Expedition Limited (fog light indicator disabled). Changed the value from "1" to "0".

"2B7E" is in the 720-01-01 block, but you made me understand your logic behind it, Thanks. So I converted the Hexadecimal "0AE2" (2nd box in 720-01-02 block) to binary, which becomes "0000 1010 1110 0010" made the bit change like you did to "0000 0010 1110 0010" & then converted back to Hexadecimal which is "02E2".

0AE2 : 0000 1010 1110 0010
02E2 : 0000 0010 1110 0010

This successfully disabled the Fog Light indicator even though they still work, as DRL & when manually turned on (but without the green light indicator). Thanks again.

Now on a new project, how to enable the green display indicator for when the headlight/parking lights are on, this feature was added in late 2012 models I believe.
Also another possible mod for 2012 or 2013 & above is to enable the "welcome" swipe of the speedometer when turning the ignition on. It is there on my Instrument Panel, so maybe my ABD would posted in my previous post would help someone.
