You could also go straight to full digital...

You only need a plastic full digital frame. You will find them on the internet.

One like this :

And you have to change a few files from the IPC.

If you have the JS7T version it would be the JS7T-14C088-AJB file to JS7T-14C088-AJB.NoMask.vbf
And the JS7T-14C088-BJB.vbf with all the graphics.

Simple as that ;) If this girl can do it, everyone can.
