They are stop testing this version

"Hello,

Version 2.4.0 has serious issues, so we have stopped testing on
it. We currently work on version 2.4.1 that will most likely be
publicly available.

Regards,
FORScan Team"

most problems are:
1.incorrect FORScan connection settings
2.bad adapter
3.incorrect adapter driver settings
4.low car battery level
and etc.
I myself have not yet noticed FORScan 2.4.0 errors when updating the module :D

Bad adapters or wrong settings are always the problem.
I haven't updated modules yet with forscan, but last time I updated an IPC in a mk3 focus I had to flash the module on a bench with my cheap adapter, otherwise it would fail 99% of the time
