Hey, I confirm. This guy is legit and it took 5 minutes in total.

So he is buying license for 500rub (about 5€) and selling it for 25$ (about 24€) and he is telling that this is not profitable and PP takes like 20€ fee for 25$ transition?
PP fee should be around 1$ for 25$ transaction

How do you know what he is paying Forscan for the licences? Do you have the spare time to do provide licences? Are you able to buy them & sell them cheaper & then get the money to Forscan? What's the process for getting the money to Forscan & what's the cost involved?

I'd be happy to pay more, even if some was going to the third party who is doing the work to provide licences.

Because there are links to buy them on the Forscan website and the price is there and it WAS 500 rub, now its 1155 rub, but as I can see, he also raised the price to 33$, and if it's take couple of minutes, it is not hours of time as you describe it.
And yes I can buy it, as I have siblings in Moscow, and if he has friend there, or he has russian bank account, then there are literally no costs for him.

All I am saying is, he's not doing it to help people, but as always, to make profit.

And Forscan is not that of a great software, at least not for Mazda to pay more.
