I don't have heated seats. I have seen somewhere the changes for that to appear in the touch screen, i don't remember where, when i come across them again, i will let you know.

I don't have a way to confirm if that really Works, as I said before I don't have heated seats, but, you can try the instructions of Nick the car guy in this vídeo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zndPOE4OjOk.

I have found more information about it, from another fórum, just replace the big X for one of the values below:

Hello, i activate HSW and seat heating. I see the buttons on the screen. But somehow it does not work.

7D0-01-01 xxxx xxxx x7xx ---> 7=HSW & Heated Seats

HSW & Heated/Cooled Seats: 3=Heated Seats only, 4=HSW climate screen only, 7=HSW & Heated Seats, 6=HSW & Heated & Cooled Seats, 5=HSW & Cooled Seats, 2=Heated & Cooled Seats, 1=Cooled Seats, 0=None

That's my equipment:
SYNC3 3.0 with Navi an Dual Zone Climatic, HSW & Heated Seats

The buttons are available but the heated steering wheel and heated seats can not be switched on. Manual via button everything works.

Could someone take a look and photograph the line?

Where is "Configuration and Programming? in FORScan? it is not in my version.

EDIT: I downloaded the beta for windows and see the configuration section. Since I do not have a laptop I need a way to get the data to the Windows app.

Did anyone manage to fix the controls for the UK right hand drive models? Mine are showing the opposite way around on sync3 compared to the manual controls

Hi Guys,

im from the netherlands and im new here ive got a focus wagon st line 2017 with sync 3 now i changed the values to show the climat on screen and changed the splash screen that all worked thanks for the good instructions but, my cars spoken language has turned into english so all the commands i have to give are in english but the language settings are still netherlands so are all the on screen buttons /text. can you someone tell me what i have to change in forscan to get the spoken and understanded language back into the netherlands?

ok i have read a uk spec sync 2 with climate & heated seats only working from factory to forscan and got this And the other is from sync 3 with no climate and heated seats added to screen from factory maybe someone can sort out what wrong and how to remedy this for uk
