I followed the instructions in this thread, however when I get to the tank size dialogue box, I find both gallons and liters are set to zero. I've made the switch from the 26 to the 36 gallon tank, and don't know what to enter in the appropriate areas for the software to write to the ipc or pcm.

Does this procedure work with 2022 vehicles? Specifically trying to upgrade the tank size for a 2022 f350 with the 60gallon S&B tank so my DTE calculates properly.

I just did it on my 2022 f350. Went to the 60gal S&B tank. One thing I don't understand is not changing the Litters #?? You have to change the Letters # when you go to a different sized tank. 60gal is 227 letters......50gal is 189letters. If you change to a 60 gal tank and leave the letters value at189 your miles to empty will be off. This is my experience with it.

Having the DTE vs 34 gal challenge on my 2018 F-250. I have ran extensive mileage testing to include intentionally running it empty (had 10 gallons of diesel in the bed for when this happened). I adjusted my tank size to 40 gallons and ran it for three tanks, still not even close to being accurate at fill up. I have just changed my setting to a 45 gallon tank. If someone has edit privileges the coding for 45 gallons on my 2018 F-250 is xxx6 A7xx xxxx.

hey first time posting here ive got a 2021 f150 and I did a fuel tank swap to it with a 36 gallon tank and I followed your instructions to change the distance till empty it took the 36 gallon but when I change it from pcm to icp it reads 999 miles till empty im assuming this is a default the ip is going to. ive seen on other posts people with the same problem and no real clear answer how to fix this ive seen people say pumps fix this but im thinking its a calculation it goes by so that would be in the programming

I have a Tourneo connect 1.6 TDCi 2015, It has a 60 litre tank but when I look in Forscan it is down as a PHEV/50 Litre tank.
If I set it to 60 litre I then get shown less DTE in IPC than before, but the IPC setting does not change.
Does anyone know what I need to change in the 720.03.01 asbuilt row to set this up properly?.

So.... are there any plans in the works to gain access to the tank size programming for the 2021 and 2022 model years? Or are we just SOL?
