I updated most of my modules with newer strategies and as they were being updated it showed the new strategies being programmed in, but on downloading the module information after this, only three showed the new update. The RTGM, the VDM and the SCCM. I'm just wondering why the others don't show being updated as they obviously were shown updating with successful completion . Is there anything else I should be doing? A number of the modules showed more than one update in green and all went through the programming successfully. The numbers were all the same but the last two alphabets were progressively increased.

I thought I did that. I'll recheck it again. In any event the Lincoln folding mirrors stopped working after updating the DDM and PDM so I reverted back to factor settings and got them to working properly again. Some updates Forscan downloads don't seem to be the correct ones.

Hi,
today I tried to flash the pcm of my 2016' fiesta 1.5 tdci,
I'm using a VCX Nano adapter and I'm relatively familiar with the Firmware Update Procedure (I've updated successfully a few modules in the past), however when it comes to the PCM update both Forscan and IDS fail to update, forscan in particular fails right at the start of the SBL flash without reporting the failure reason.
I'm attaching the log files, do you guys have any suggestions on how to try to make the update successful?
Thanks!
