I downloaded my AB (As Built) File per instruction 4. Now how can I open it and read it? I do not yet have Forscan installed. Do I need it to open the AB file?

Thanks

I have been looking high and low for the As build options spread sheet for my 2014 Expedition. I know that many have said the F-150 spread sheet can be used. I have looked at the 2015-2018 expedition spread sheet, but there are many differences with the 2011-2014 F-150. On the other hand I have looked up several Expedition as build data sheets build for the US market. According to the F-150 spreadsheet the 720-01-01 data is said in all the 2011-2104 Expeditions I checked have the 5th character set as French. Sounds pretty strange to me if it is correct. :?
I would very much appreciate to get my hands on a 2011-2014 Expedition spread sheet.

I would love to get one for a 2009 Escape.

Motorcraftservice.com/asbuilt/ said my VIN is invalid. Etis.ford.com said the service is down.
