History of my B115e error and challenge to resolve it.
Installed a used OEM camera and trunk harness as my daughter's 2014 Fusion Energi SE which did not have a one originally. Luck was on my side the main harness going forward through body had extra wires to support the camera installation. I enabled the camera through Forscan camera worked fine had red /yellow /green lines but no dynamic white lines, After poking around in BdyCM configuration there was option to select rear view camera control from IMPB or Bdy - mine was set to IMPB so I change it to Bdy the performed BdyCm module reset and the dynamic lines were working.
I then notice camera was a little grainy at night only that is when I decided to run Rear Camera Calibration which failed giving me the B115E error

Tried reloading Asbuilt but no success then I decided to try going back to Rear Camera control through IMPB which now allows the calibration both Rear camera and Lin Camera calibration to complete without errors. Tried to go back to control through BdycM and error B115E reappears.
I got a pinpoint test procedure sheet for B115E and at step A10 of pinpoint test is where problem appears. At this point you are supposed to have 11 volts (when in Reverse)
Well when under bdycm control I have 10.2 volts
But under Lin control I have 10.93 which is still shy but must be so close that it allows calibration to complete.
I have not located any shorts or wiring problem, It is not the camera or new trunk harness as I disconnected them still same voltages.

I am going to stick with camera with red/yellow/green lines without the dynamic as I have invested too much time.

One other thing new since I have been playing with settings is now I have 2 new errors
U0415 - Invalid ABS information in PSCM Power Steering Control Module

There is a TSB for this error to ignore but it wasn't there before this
https://www.tsbsearch.com/Ford/SSM44701

Code: U0415 - Invalid Data Received from Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Control Module 'A'
Status (-08):
- Previously Set DTC - Not Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC
Module: Power Steering Control Module
Freeze Frame #1:
-STEER_FEEL: Comfort - Steering Personalization Status
-SW_ANGLE: 0.00 ° - Steering Wheel Angle
-ODOMETER: 174673.7 miles - Total Distance
-ECU_POWER_SUPPLY: 14.3 V - ECU Power Supply Voltage
-ECU_INTERNAL_TEMPERATURE: 95 °F - ECU Internal Temperature
-EPAS_MOTOR_CUR: 0.00 A - EPAS Motor Current
-VSS: 0.0 mph - Vehicle Speed

The other error is Rain Sensor which my car does not have
Code: B10AD - Rain Sensor
Additional Fault Symptom (:08):
- Bus Signal/Message Failures
Status (-0A):
- DTC Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is Off for this DTC
Module: Steering Column Control Module

Maybe this can help someone find a solution to gaining back dynamic lines but at least some it might help get rid of the B115e error short term
My camera does work it also has delay feature which is working.
Zoom doesn't work even though plus sign there not sure if my system is capable of this feature I may of just activated it poking around in Forscan,
I also tried the LIN and Camera calibrations using my Autel scanner no difference completes says it initialized everything OK but no dynamic lines

I have a 2018 expedition with backup camera, ford OEM camera replaced and shows up fine as a backup camera, but doesn’t have the guide lines or show up in the 360 view.

I did as was suggested in a 2020 post

I'm running the FORScan V2.3.35 beta software.
On the left hand side of the App select the Spanner/Wrench icon - Service Functions
At top select - Service Procedures
On the list select - BdyCM Module Reset
Hit the Play/Start button at the bottom
Follow the prompts

This works to clear the IPMB B115E:08-48 trouble code and the camera shows up with lines and in the 360 view as well.
UNFORTUNATELY as soon as I begin moving it throws the trouble code and resets it to not showing the guide lines or in the 360 view.

Any suggestions on what else to try to scan and fix, or is this going to have to go to the dealer?

Ok So I switched back to my original camera and works fine other than the original scratch on lense that I was replacing it for
Upon further examination

Rather than part # JL1T-19G490-AB

They Shipped LL1Z-19G490-B

Looks like I need to find the correct part number.

apparently even ordering the correct FoMoCo part number may not be enough as I ordered a genuine ford part with the exact correct part number and it still doesn't work.

on closer inspection the part number of what I ordered and what was delivered was slightly different. the two letter Suffix of my part was AB the two letter suffix of what I ordered was also AB, but what was DELIVERED was NOT AB suffix. there is a smudge over that but best I can tell under significant magnification it is probably BL but its smudged enough I can't be sure.
It certainly isn't AB.

this may help narrow things down for trouble shooting as the camera that I ordered did have static parking lines that appear to be built into the camera that were slightly off set from the Dynamic ones that my 18 expedition platinum tried to overlay.

at the risk of beating a dead horse, its already been mentioned in this thread that it is critical to get an OEM camera for it to work well with the system.

apparently its also critical to get EXACTLY the same part number as I mentioned in my previous post, I got a camera that was almost exactly the correct number, but the 2 letter suffix was off.

I just got the correct camera with the EXACT part number including the 2 letter suffix and it worked without any need to intercede via Forscan.
