Ecosport 2019 RCM Crash flag reset not working.

Hello!
I download the last version of Forscan (2.3.30) and one more time try reset crash flag but no success.
Why this options is in the menu if not work?
RCM - Restraint Control Module
Part number: GN15-14B321-GJ
Strategy : L1TT-14C028-AA
Calibration: GN15-14C098-GJ
(OK) [02:48:20.777] Crash Flag Reset has been started
(OK) [02:48:21.141] Reuse counter: 0
(WARN) [02:48:21.152] Module reuse counter is zero, reset is most likely not possible
(ERR) [02:48:23.845] Service procedure has been interrupted
