Did you have an Internet connection that was stable when FORScan tried downloading this file? The "ERR" means the file did not download from Ford Service for some reason!
That BG9T-14C097-AA File is available here:
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/ You will need to fill out the Country and language first and go to the Diagnostic Tool Support and open the IDS Link!
The "Calibration Files" link(last Link at the bottom of the Page) should open to page like the below PNG!
The file will download as BG9T-14C097-AA.ZIP which is a .zip file and will need to be unzipped and copied into the FORScan Calibration Files folder in your Documents folder!
Don't know if this works for motorcraftservice.com in your location but it does here in Canada!

The calibration files used to download as .zip files. I tried downloading a file I had done before and it is now an .asp file. I don't know why this has changed. Maybe Ford is keeping the files from being used outside their software.

I just tried one I had done yesterday and it resolved to a DSFM_Download.asp which is a Web Page extension that just opens a bunch of web text in a text editor and crashes a Browser if you try to open it as a web page(Firefox is the only one I tried, opens multiple tabs until Firefox crashes)!
No idea why this happening but I cancelled that down load attempt and reloaded the Calibration page with the browser reload button and retyped the file name in the field and the one I tried(BG9T-14C097-AA) became available for Download !
Unfortunately though that same browser reload process resulted in the two files that momo8969(CM5T-14D207-AA and DG1T-14D205-AB) above, were not found on the calibration file server!
Not all of them are available apparently and FORScan has warned in a post in the beta test thread, that some are not available at the MotorCraft.com!
That Was my experience at least FWIW!

Thanks. But no.
The link it gives doesn't work. Not does the one above.
It's like ford have made them either private, or they are broken.
At least they don't work for me.
Can someone who thinks it works please try to download that file and confirm if it works. Thanks.

The link it gives doesn't work? Hm, the article about somethig else:
Unfortunately this site doesn’t contain all the files, also old files seem to be removed. If file is missing here, FORScan requests the file from an independent storage. Access to the storage is only available for users with paid Extended License.
The independent storage may also have no some files. In this case please contact us and we will try to find it. No guarantee we will be able to do it, though.
