Cruise control only works in 6th gear, start/stop does not work.

I'm new to the group so hello to everyone.
I have a problem. According to the information I have searched, it turns out that the previous owner replaced the gearbox with a different one than it should be. That's why cruise control and start/stop don't work. the gearbox should be CV6R-7002-NC, and the installed one is AV6R-7002-KG. Is it possible to add another gearbox using Forscan to make the cruise control work?

if you look at these adverts - the one you have has a totally different mounting ? also found a bit saying the later one doesn't support start stop

When I look at the auctions for the AV6R gearbox, it seems to me that it has the cable mount unscrewed and the paw shown in the second auction. Generally, according to the VIN number decoder in the Ford store, it shows me the selector number AV6R-7201, and that's what I have. And according to Ford, it supports Start/Stop. If necessary, I can provide the VIN number.

Ok, thanks. I'll ask, I don't really care about stop/start because I turned it off anyway. But my cruise control doesn't work either, and I would like it to work. Cruise control works, but only in 6th gear.
Here in this auction there is a gearbox that should be in mine and there is a close-up of the gear selector which has practically the same number. I also have a magnetic sensor next to the selector, which is detected in Forscan and normally shows percentage values when changing gear. so my gearbox should support start/stop. Unfortunately, the gear ratios are different, that's what I read in the second topic. Therefore, the cruise control may not work. I thought that maybe something could be changed in Forscan so that the engine computer could recognize the gearbox.
