my vgate with forscan does not enter the pcm configuration module

My vgate vlink reads all the modules but it does not enter the PCM configuration, it says that it has stopped. I tried the stable version and the beta version and neither of the two can enter the module.

Hi Brian,
which Vgate Vlinker do you use ? There are so many different models .
Also important how do you use the Vgate Vlinker ? Laptop with Windows and USB, Bluetooth ?
Which type of License do you have ? Standard or Extended forscan license ? With the Standard license you only have limited acces to some features.

Which Car: Model, Year, Module version... etc.
With the basic information you are giving to the community, nobody will be able to help you.

I always use forscan beta on the latest version on my laptop with windows 11 home and vgate vlinker fs usb v2.3 cable extended one year license
My car is a 2018 Ford Edge SEL 3.5L v6 TIVCT FWD I am in the United States
PCM - Part number: G2GA-12A650-CAA
Calibration level: H2GA-12A650-BJC
Strategy : H2GA-14C204-BJC
Hardware type: FL3A-12B684-BEA / FL3A-12B684-BEB
VIN: 2FMPK3J82JBC30570
I hope this information helps to improve Forscan. I have read everything about programming and I proceed carefully, since I am getting updates for modules that are not for my car. When I do the test with the engine running it also stops at 50%. Regards.
