Pats Remove admin key 2021 Edge

I was reading that Forscan probably wont be able to program a key with only a single key, but will it have the ability to remove a admin key that is not in my possession.
I purchased the vehicle used with 2 key i have already used the Factory program to create and Extra , but it has 4 admin key listed.
Think it will ever be able to to do that?
Or course it did on my 2018 edge but new years new rules

https://forscan.org/changes_history.html, will advise on what is so far available(Most PATS from 2014 up to 2020 are experimental so far) for FORScan Online External Outcode/Incode Calculator PATS up to Version 2.3.60 and 2.4.12Beta(Paid licence and stable internet connection required)!
This is still being worked on!
If it is available for the subject vehicle(2021 Edge) it will be in the service procedure(Wrench Icon) list for the BCM or the IPC("PATS programming" will be a choice) or the PCM(it is usually in the IPC or the BCM in late model vehicles)! If it is not yet implemented for the subject vehicle it will not be available as a run-able process in a service procedure!
In any case the only way to remove a missing admin key or a missing My key or any missing key is a full erase and a reprogram of two or more keys!

I hope i'm not hijacking this thread but I see that version 2.3.64, released yesterday, indicates PATS support for several new models, including 2018-2021 Expeditions (mine is a 2020). Hopefully this is helpful to the folks with the 2021 Edge as it's also listed.
Can anyone shed some light on what "keys only, w/o module initialization" means? I'm not seeing this new function on my Expedition. This may be due to using an older bluetooth OBDii module with a switch, which Forscan warned me was not ideal. Before I buy a new OBDii module I'd like to confirm that I can program a new key fob with only having one working key fob in my posession.

Yes it would be an advantage to obtain an OBDlink EX or a Vlinker FS even if not for just doing PATS!
Manually switched adapters have not been supported/recommended by FORScan for quite some time!
