PCM Replacing 2018 F-150

Could anyone tell me what the procedure is to mate a new pcm to a 2018 F-150?
My guess is. #1 to load firmware into the new pcm. #2 load the VIN specific AB data. #3 do a Pats initialization.
Any input would be very much appreciated.
