2023 Key Fob Programing

I have a 2023 Ford Explorer, that I am trying to re program a key fob. First question is when I connect to the vehicle, I do not have the PCM: PATS service option. What am I doing wrong or what am I missing? Second is my other key is from a different Ford vehicle so will it even work?

2023 explorer may not be possible with forscan, check the details on the forum. Usually if the option isnt there it either cant be done or you dopnt have an extended license which i believe is required for pats.
The new fob has to be the correct type for it to work, i.e frequency etc.
