I have tried every possible connection and get the majority of Mods except the ACM. I've tried an older, different computer along with a new one, tried a new obdlinks EX cord.tried deleting and reinstalling Forscan, deleted firmware and all the other pre-hookup software. tried the free 2 mo. license, the paid for license etc.I've still got Sync1 (won't take update for some reason) I'm left to think my ACM mod is broke or malfunctioning except for one thing. When I hooked everything up the first time, it was there. The difference is I sold that laptop the same day.The 2 others I used are older and newer than the sold one, their usb plugs are all black and one says ss10 which is superspeed+ (3.1 & 3.2). I've heard mention of using an adapter, I'll try this next, but....
