launch smartlink C v2 not connected

hı all I am new here and want to ask something about connection with launch J2534 smartlink C v2.0 anyone try to connect with this vcı to forscan software? because except forscan software I am using that vci for fdrs/honda and toyota oem software but when I am try to connect that vci from forscan always says "no adapter" so what can be wrong?
