Engine idle mode several times but clears with TSB 14-0192 drive cycle. DEF injector found leaking - replaced. Truck runs fine for a few trips from cold to operating temperature then DTC P207F, followed by "Engine Idled Soon". No longer receiving 50mph message prior to engine idle message.
My biggest concern is the square wave for DEF Injector (REDUCT_INJ_DC, %). Initial wave form after DEF tank pressure reaches ~72psi is square. Every injection wave form after that is pointed/peaked and not square (see attached screenshot). New DEF injector is OE Ford and tests at 12.5 ohm, wiring from PCM to DEF Injector test good at 0 ohm.
NOx Catalyst Conversion Efficiency is NOT READY and will not become ready. NOx adaptives and SCR adaptive values have been reset.
What am I missing?
