2024 Transit Adding a brake controller

I'm very new to the Ford Transit I did order my transit 350 with the HD trailer package but it did not come with a brake controller. I'm looking to add an aftermarket brake controller but it seems very daunting does anybody know what would be an easy add-on or just take it to the dealership and eat the cost of them installing one? I'm really not looking forward to ripping my whole dashboard apart hopefully there's a better way?
