No PATS menu coming up

I have an 2013 FG falcon XR6 Ecolpi 6cyl and I cant bring up the PATS menu. I have a vlinker and also tried an obd ex but nothing. Have a fully paid 1 year extended license and attached DTCs. Cant clear them either.
