Repairs are done - Which procedures to do?

I recently had some work done and I wanted to know if I should reset/relearn anything after having this work performed;

2013 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD 2.0 EcoBoost

Work Just Completed:
+ both Front CV Axle assemblies & auto. transmission output shaft seals replaced (Motorcraft axles & SKF seals)
+ both Front Wheel Hub/Bearing assemblies replaced (I went with SKF BR930913's w/ integrated ABS rings to replace OEM)
+ Vacuum Pump Gasket replaced (OEM)
+ Car Battery recharged (after it died from sitting in the cold due to not driving it until axles/hubs replaced)
+ MAF Sensor cleaned with CRC MAF spray
+ Engine Air filter replaced (PurolatorOne)
+ BG Platinum (1 bottle), Redline SI Fuel System Cleaner (1 bottle), and Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant (UCL - 1 bottle) was used prior to Oil Change
+ Oil Changed w/Filter (Valvoline R&P Full Synthetic & Mobil1 Extended Performance Filter)

Near Future Work to be done:
- Replacing the Vacuum Line Harness w/ 3 lines and Solenoid attached (lines are worn and beginning to wear significantly)
- I plan on doing Mode $06 tests along with checking: O2 sensors - cylinder misfires - fuel trim - throttle body - accelerator position sensor data - in the near future once I have prepared & I am more familiar with what PTU's to watch and which tests specifically I need to perform to find what's causing the lack of power
- Power Steering module appears to have lost some data and no longer shows the VIN (value is blank in As-Built), I believe the Power Steering is currently malfunctioning due to this (car drives alright but turning requires more effort than usual)

The car has had a loss of power issue that I have been trying to resolve -- It suffers from slow acceleration, delayed shifting, struggling to climb hills and weak upshifting/overdrive when trying to pass other drivers. This car used to be pretty quick and nimble and has slowed significantly in the recent year. The Fuel System cleaners helped the car run a bit better, but I didn't want to over-do it and keep running RedLine SI, etc. back-to-back so I'll wait until another 5-6K mile oil change before adding again. If I have a misfire or an 02 sensor issue I want to diagnose and fix that before continuing with fuel system cleaners.

The car has improved since having replaced the components listed above but the agility it used to have when stepping on the gas is still struggling.

Are there any FORScan Procedures or Specific Tests that you recommend that I perform after having this work completed? Any specific tests that you recommend for the other issues I'm experiencing?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

No it shouldn't need any reset.
