TDCI not start

Hello. I would like to ask for your expert help.
(Ford Galaxy 2010 QXWA 140 HP 2.0 TDCI) The starter motor is not turning. It has a new starter motor, which we have tested: the R1 relay is not receiving a control signal. When connected directly to the body, the starter motor turns, but does not start, obviously not receiving fuel from the ECU. My question is, where could the fault be, that the PCM is not controlling the R1 relay? The ignition switch insert is new, factory Ford.
Error codes:
- P2505 - ECM/PCM Power Input Signal
- P0A09 - DC/DC Converter Status Circuit low
- P0562 - System Voltage Low
The following error code has been present for a long time, which is what started the car:
- U0140 . lost Communication with Body Control Module
(This error has been present since it received a convers+ facelift clock group; everything works, but this error code is present).
Please help.
Best regards
