IPC backup cannot be read

HEllo,
I need to change the dashboard. at old one central lcd display it's damaged.
I have bought a sh one , I have made backup on old one at IPC module configuration as built format.
I tried to put new dashboard and tried to load first backup. says cannot read.
File it's attached .
is there any clear procedure for dash replacement ? also the replacement one has higher mileage.
most annoying it's that keys are not working . engine does not start !
Please support and tell me what to do.
