I didn't save my files properly. I can't shift from park with engine running

Is it possible to download a similar model vehicle's VIN # and use the As Built file from this other vehicle to replace my corrupt As Built files?
I am terrible at handling files. I cant figure out how to make Forscan upload an As Built file directly from my computer.
I really don't have any business messing around with my truck's programming.
I thought I was safe since I backed up my original setup.
Either I did not actually save it or I'm just not able to find it now.
Well, I played around a bit too much and now I can't get my 2024 F-150 to shift out of park (along with a couple of other odd things going on).
