Can't activate 2 month free trial license

I am trying to activate a 2 month trial (would like to buy a year license but currently not available online) but no matter what I do I get an error on the website saying "Sorry, license limit is exceeded". This happened on the very first try on my first laptop. No download ever started as stated on your webpage to obtain the 2 month trial.
I have tried on 2 different laptops with forscan on them so the Hardware ID was different on both occasions. I have also tried using multiple different email address hoping that was the issue but still not working. How can I get this trial??????? Why can't we buy a year long license anymore?

The trial process is working correctly as I just generated a key from the trial license link at the FORScan support link here:

Not sure why you are getting that "License Limit" message as I have only seen that if I tried to generate a third key when I already had two keys that have not yet expired at two months(Only two valid keys are allowed per user name and email address)!
