What do I need to do to resolve/diagnose the p2006 code, as a well as what reprogramming procedures should I perform on my 2019 f250 6.2 gas super duty after reinstalling the intake manifold? The only reason I removed it was to repair the knock and CHT sensor wiring damage that are under it, which was caused by a dang pack rat. I’m just now realizing there were relearning/reprogramming procedures I should have done immediately after the intake reinstallation. Nonetheless, prior to getting Forscan, I was troubleshooting based on advice, research, & experience which certainly limited a proper resolve. I actually replaced the actuator on Bank 1 thinking that was the problem.
I’m currently very new to using Forscan but I have managed to do a fairly decent amount of diagnosing and testing thus far. I still haven’t been able to determine what is causing the IMRC runner on bank 1 to remain stuck.?? It moved freely just fine when I replaced the actuator so I’m leaning more towards a wiring issue or possibly a sensor issue. Any tips, suggestions, advice to resolve this persistent issue are greatly appreciated!

Read up on the monitoring and controlling PID's here:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=844 and here:
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3334!
The Relevant PID's(Oscillosocpe Icon for monitoring the PCM functions) should be "IMRC_F (Mode) and IMRC (Mode) And IMRC1M if available. Open Control mode while the Read PIDs is playing and Command the IRCM in Control mode to on to see if the state changes from off to on in the read screen and the Actuator moves and/or does the IMRC_F read NO as in no Fault as opposed to yes for "Faulted"!
These will allow the Manifold runner to be monitored and operated by FORScan through the PID's and the "Output Control mode"(Data logger and control in Ford IDS)
If the control mode cannot get the runner actuator to move and _F reads Yes when control commands it to on, then look for more wiring/Connector damage between the actuator and the sensor(Or sensor damage) and between there and the PCM connector away from the the Rat damage you have already repaired(you say you have already replaced the actuator)!
If the runner Actuator moves under the control mode then look for sensor malfunctions(Opens/shorts in V ref circuit. no sensor voltage{Runner sensor disconnected, Vref pin 2 Should be 4.5- 5.5 volts to sig-return pin 3 with key on} or ground at sensor connector etc.)!
The above will hopefully get you started and it is only a snippet of the Pin point test in the W.S. for the P2006 DTC!
A wiring diagram and the W.S. manual Pin point test is going to be helpful! Try here
https://cardiagn.com!
That is all of the advice I have!
