I'm sharing my test with the rest of you to use as a exactly that; a test, I can not guarantee anything.
All I can say is I figured it out on my 2017 F150 and it hasn't exploded yet.

To summarize, I think a 100% auto stop/start disable would look something like this (I left my IPC stop/start message center enabled so I can still monitor it):

BCM 726-48-02 x0xx xxxx xx

FCIM 7A7-01-01 xxxx x0xx xx (optional - disables switch)
IPC 720-01-01 xxxx 1xxx xx (optional - disables stop/start message center on 2017 F150)

Please confirm if you encounter positive results in other Ford: vehicles, trim or model years.

What was your default value for IPC 720-01-01 xxxx 1xxx xx? Trying this on a 2015 Mondeo.

My original IPC values for 720-01-01 were: 2C0B 3064 70

Thanks. Is this "restart safe"? Does changing BCM value set Auto start/stop feature permanently or is it just the value when it's deactivated via IPC?

If you change only the BCM 726-48-02, is it permanently disable or it come back if you press on the switch again???

Used BCM 726-48-02 x0xx xxxx xx on my 2017 F150 XLT 302a. Worked like a charm.

The code disables the function all together. You can press the switch and it lights up as off or again to back on, but it still doesn't allow the auto S/S to work. The symbol on the dash display shows with a line through it as if one of the parameters for it to work isn't available, but only when the button has be turned off and back on, as if it's trying to work.

Used the BCM code 726-48-02 x0xx xxxx xx and it worked on my 2015 F150. Will be trying it on a 17 and 18 in the next few weeks.

This worked nicely on my 2017 Fusion SE 1.5 Ecoboost. No more stop/start. Thanks!!
