I recently replaced my instrument cluster, my cluster had 216525 miles on the replacement has 101452 on.
I have tried using forscan to put my mileage on the replacement unit using the service procedure odometer write but this displays mileage 236528.
is it me or is it a bug in the forscan beta program, my car is Mondeo mk4 1.8tdci 2009...any help would be appreciated...

thanks pete

You can`t rollback mileage.
You put mileage only forward
So from 216812 --> 116812 nOK
if you do that 116812 --> 216812 wil work OK

Good luck

Thanks for the reply..
Trying to roll forward but forscan software says there is 236000 on the clock not 101000 so can't go to my mileage of 216000..rounded numbers to make it easier...
Cheers pete

Sorted it....
The wierd reading forscan was giving me was 236000
But it allowed me to send 216545 into the cluster but giving me 158000 miles so kept going up in increments untill I reached my mileage...not ideal but got the job done...if ya get me....
Without the forscan software i wouldn't have got anywere without paying a garage... awesome....

May the Lord Jesus Christ bless everyone
I have this problem with a 2014 Ford f150 the difference about forty thousand miles
We we're blessed with the truck in 2017. I found this difference when using a obdlink mx+ to activate the TBC but I was not able to activate it because there is a code u2202-60.
Does the difference in the miles prove the mileage had a roll back or is it a bug in the forscan app?
Should I change the IC that does not have the TBC gain to a new one that has the gain?
Please help please
Have a blessed day by Jesus Christ the Lord

I forgot to mention I use a Motorola Moto e5 play with Android version 8.0.0
Please help so I can activate the brake controller gain and so that we can address the miles difference
I download this forscan for 5.99 a few days ago, so I believe it is the lastest version

Does anyone have the procedure to do a mileage correction. I have a 2008 mustang gt and it has 6600 miles on it it didnt come with the lighting and 6 gauge dash just the base 4 gauge. I found a 6 gauge cluster on Ebay but of course it has 90k miles. I found a site incan send it to but I have forscan so if I can do it myself I want to keep mileage perfect on everything. Any help appreciated. My dealership is useless. I just want to keep everything correct. Heck this is my miles from a few days ago....

If anyone can help I'd appreciate it. If not will continue to search.....
