HOW CAN I CHANGE BOOST SETTING IN ECU

I am new to this an was wondering am i able to adjust settings in ecu eg: max boost with the elm327. Can anyone please tell me what i need to use to be able to alter setting in my XR6 turbo ECU, I just want to increase the boost a few lb in the ECU.

This is diagnostics software and not tuning software.
Also it is not yet possible to change any settings on the PCM / ECU.
It might be possible in future releases to change some settings. But i don´t think it will be suitable for tuning.
Tuners usually need special hardware and software. They read the memory from PCM with special hardware and analyze it by bits and bytes (hex editor) to find the values they need to change. This is a very complicated process.
