PATS programming error

I have used programming of PATS on my other two vehicles multiple times with no issue. Tonight, I tried adding a second key to the 2013 F-150 I just bought. I was able to successfully program the 2 remotes and key fobs, but now when i start the truck with the original key, the truck will cycle the locks. I have tried reprogramming multiple times and still having the same issue on the original key. What am I doing wrong?
