Change from electric brake to manual

I want to thank you for all the work you are doing, first of all.
My question is if with FORScan I could tell my car that it does not have an electric brake because it came with the house one and I have changed it for the manual. It is a Focus C-Max 2004, 2.0 tdci, 136 HP. I hope you can help me since I'm a bit hopeless. As I have already begun, the only thing I need is to cancel it from the happy switchboard.
