Hello All,
This is the first time I've used this software and got this error when trying to perform a DPF regen on my 2005 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI.
"Service procedure is interrupted, please contact developers"..
This error pops up after 6% of the regen then goes no further. Here's a screen-shot attached of what I see...
Please help!

I had the same problem while using forscan in a VMWare virtual machine over OSX Yosemite.
With the same USB obd2 adapter from a native Windows Laptop, everything was ok.

Ah I see, that's strange. Tho I'm just using a laptop with Windows 7.. so nothing out of the ordinary.
Maybe I'll try it on a different laptop and see what happens!

If you have DTC P242F, then this is known problem on Focus Mk2 1.6 TDCi DPF, here is the post of user who solved it on his vehicle:

Ok I think by pure luck I ran the DPF regen again and it completed the procedure. However, on looking at the data in ForScan I can see that it's saying that it's NOT done a regen for nearly 300km.. So although the Regen procedure said it had completed successfully in ForScan I guess it didn't actually do it.
I have 2 fault codes showing as below..
P2459-61 - DPF Regeneration Frequency
P2002-E1 - Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold
So I guess the P2459 fault code is because it's not done a regen for a while, and I think the P2002 could be the DPF sensor hoses. I'll need to get it up on a ramp to check them out.. Anyone else had similar issues..? I'm just worried a garage might tell me to replace the actual DPF.. now way am I doing that.. I had a new one filled at Ford just 40,000 miles ago, should last longer than that!

Hi, you should start by posting graphics of pressure at DPF. Normal values are under 5Kpa. Last week i tried to help a friend of mine whose ford focus 2008 had the same error code.
The lecture was 13 kpa. I made a forced regeneration with forscan and the new lecture were always under 5kpa, so the regeneration helped. But the error code didn“t disappear. I guess that PCM will erase by itself only when frequent regenerations end. My friend always drive slow and city distances, so his regeneration never ended fine.
