I need your help guys I can't get connected with the OBD it's a Ford Ranger 2.0 bi Turbo 2018 any of you guys find this problem

Probably your tool is not compatible. That what I guess.

What device are you using to connect to the OBD tool? I had issues with connecting on my PC (Windows 11), if you are using this you will need to go to advanced setting to search for your OBD as a simple bluetooth connection wont find it.
