Galaxy Facelift 2010: Activation of cruise control

I have a Galaxy 2.0TDCI from 2010 (after Facelift)
Bought a steering wheel with cruise control buttons.
Now I want to activate cruise control / speed limiter.
Can I do the with the FORScan tool?

Unfortunately at this moment there is no possibility to change the vehicle configuration using FORScan.
