Remove Sync 2 drive restrictions

Hello,
Does anyone knows how we can remove drive restrisctions from sync 2 (ver 3.08) while the vehicle is in motion?

In the latest Forscan there's a setting in either BCM or IPC where you can just turn it on.

Hello,
I mean the video restrictions for av input, to connect a dvb-t receiver while the vehicle is in motion. Not the settings for the rear camera.
