CEI Lock configuration

I am looking to see if there is development for CEI lock configuration function for 2015 Ford Transit 3.7 I have replaced the body control module, performed as built entry and central configuration but I have a B10D7:55 fault related to the CEI lock configuration not being performed.
The BCM and central configuration were performed with FJDS and a passthru. FJDS does not have the CEI configuration and the dtc is as follows
B10D7:55 PATS Key: Not Configured The BCM Configurable Engine Immobilizer (CEI) was not configured after PMI. FOLLOW the diagnostic scan tool on-screen instructions after the PMI process to perform the Configurable Engine Immobilizer (CEI) Lock Configuration.
There is a function in IDS for this. It’s a service initialization just like LIN initialization or RVC initialization. It is not a configuration failure but it locks the configurable engine immobilizer settings programmed into the bcm. I have the option in AutoEnginuity scan equipment as well as GScan for other model years.
The vehicle starts and runs and all other functions are normal. This code is specifically for this service initialization not being performed.
