I can't get my Navigation working even after I enable it when I try to manual I have a code of 0401-4200-0223 an the software is 3.10 any help would be super

Read this over and make sure you have Navipatch and the Navigation file installed:

I'm very happy to say I got it working but I found out that I might have a bad card it's a new A10 from Amazon so I'll send it back an get a new one. Thanks for all the help from everyone.

Has anyone had a problem with the car or truck not reading the card after you turned on navigation with sync 2 or would think I have a bad card
